Allama Tehseen Raza Khan's father Allama Maulana Hasnain Raza Khan was the nephew, Caliph and pupil of A'lahazrat.

BIRTH :- Sadr-ul-ulama Maulana Tahseen Raza Khan was born on 14th Shaban 1340 A.H./1930 A.D in Mohalla Saudagran, Bareilly Shareef.

After 1947 His father Maulana Hasnain Raza Khan took up residence in Mohalla Kankar Tola, old city, Bareilly

EDUCATION :- After receiving primary education he was admitted in Dar-ul-Uloom "Manzar-e-Islam". There he received education in Arabic, Persian, Fiqh, Tafseer and Hadith etc., particularly from "Muhaddith-e-A'azam-e-Pakistan Allama Maulana Sardar Ahmad Gurdaspuri, Rahmat-Ullah-Alaih" When Mufti-e-A'azam Allama Maulana Mustafa Raza Khan Rahmat-Ullah-Alaih founded Dar-ul-Uloom Mazhar-e-Islam, he seeked his admission in the very Dar-ul-Uloom because of Muhaddith-e-A'azam, Pak. Joined there as a teacher.

When, after partition, Muhaddith-e-A'azam migrated to Pakistan and founded there Dar-ul-Uloom "Mazhar-e-Islam" in Faislabad. Maulana Tahseen Raza Khan, with the permission of his father went to Faislabad, Pakistan for further study of the "Hadith". He remained there for six months and was honoured the degree of Fadeelah.

Aalim	(1950 A.D.)
Munshi	(1953 A.D.)
Fazil-e-Adab	(1954 A.D) from U.P. Arabic & Persian Board, Allahabad.
